I’m nominating this mom because of her resilience, her strength, her struggles, her faith & her life. I’ve seen her stand tall through situations that would & could have killed her but the faith she holds and the faith & strength of her family gives her the back bone to keep pushing. Having three children losing both her sons to gun violence a year apart being diagnosed with cancer & beating that all while still being a mother, a grandmother, a daughter, sister, aunt and supporter to those she love. It’s only right that I share the love I have for her by nominating her for showing up everyday.
